Templafy is very happy to announce that we have joined forces with software company, Napp.
Templafy acquires Napp to add collaboration and engagement tracking to its enterprise document creation infrastructure. The acquisition follows recent $25M Series C funding and enables Templafy to accelerate its product roadmap.
Management consultants are heavy users of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – every interview, meeting, data analysis and research piece is turned into an insight, and converted into a PowerPoint presentation or Excel spreadsheet. The client expects to receive findings in a nutshell, clearly structured and presented for easy understanding. The million-dollar question is how to become quicker and better at using these tools, without compromising quality.
The acceleration of the Internet of Things is staggering. As of the beginning of 2020, the digital universe consisted of 44 zettabytes of data. For context – that number of bytes is 40 times more than the number of stars that can be observed in the entire universe. The speed and volume of today’s data and a generation of content producers has fundamentally impacted the modern workplace. As employees ditch the physical world for digital, they’re creating an ever-rising number of online documents – from sales presentations to invoices, standard contracts to finance reports, press releases to blog articles.
The Excel Link in the ProductivityPlus module connects Excel charts and tables directly to PowerPoint presentations. Linking ensures that any changes made in the Excel file will instantly update Excel elements in the PowerPoint with one click. With this update, we have made our Excel Link stronger by introducing even more functionality. This Excel Link is now optimized to deliver usability improvements for both the admin and end-user, and to link all the types of data supported by Excel, including individual cells in Excel.
How often have you been in this situation: You and your team have important presentations coming up and have excellent content, but the presentation is not coming together and the PowerPoint templates are proving problematic to work with.
Today, I am excited to share that Templafy, the leading enterprise document creation platform, has secured an additional USD 25 million in Series C funding, bringing the total to almost USD 70 million.
Funding follows expanded global footprint and positions Templafy for continued growth, future acquisitions, and new product launches.
A man who knew a thing or two about brand thinking once proclaimed: “Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works.”
