Are there any hidden setup and implementation fees?
No, the required setup fee is displayed under each price plan. It covers technical setup and training on how to use the administration interfaces to ensure success with the product. Templafy is easily implemented with no or limited installation requirements. Ongoing maintenance is low and Templafy integrates seamlessly with your existing IT infrastructure.
If you need help building new templates or preparing your existing ones for Templafy, we’re more than happy to help. We have more than 15 years of experience with Microsoft Office templates, and have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world. Template preparation projects will attract additional consulting fees.
What is the usual process when buying Templafy?
We’ll sit down with key stakeholders from your company, both business-side and IT, to understand your specific needs. Based on this we’ll discuss which price plan suits you the best and whether or not you require services for building Office templates. Before we start the implementation project, we’ll collaborate with you on an implementation plan that suits your organization.
