Templafy, the next-gen document generation platform, has today announced the launch of AI Assistant, which gives enterprise organizations a new way to centrally manage and regulate the use of GenAI at scale. Through applying a blend of rule-based automation with Managed AI-generated content, AI Assistant enables organizations to create documents with the productivity gains of AI, but without the loss of control that could impact brand reputation.
One of the early adopters of the AI Assistant is Tietoevry, the purposeful technology company. Through implementing Templafy’s new AI Assistant, powered by Azure OpenAI technology, Tietoevry’s 24,000 global employees will be able to use AI efficiently to generate and improve business documents without sacrificing quality or security.
The tool’s customizable prompts - Summarize, Rephrase, Improve, Elaborate – will allow users to refine the specific documents that they are working on, from where they are working. The admins will also be able to tailor the user experience further by creating their own prompt libraries and distributing custom prompts to employees.
