What was your document creation process like before Templafy?
Before Templafy, our process was highly manual and fragmented. Teams kept documents and information in separate places, so finding the right template was often a challenge. We spent a lot of time reformatting files and double-checking branding, which slowed us down, especially when responding to clients or preparing bids.
What were the biggest pain points?
We had too many templates, and each department followed its own approach. Ensuring every document met our standards took significant time—time our engineers and consultants could have used on their core project work.

It’s also much easier for employees from different business units to work together on cross-company bids since everyone is using the same templates and doesn’t have to worry about formatting. Overall, the process is smoother and people are more satisfied with how we work.
What are your plans for the future with Templafy?
We’re looking into integrating AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to automate even more of our document workflows. The goal is to make sure any AI tools work seamlessly with our Templafy templates and branding, so we can keep improving efficiency without losing consistency.
