Are Templafy’s solutions customizable and how are they charged? 

Yes, we offer solution packages with the possibility of add-ons. We charge based on the number of users and the corresponding solution.


How much does it cost and how long are the contract periods? 

Pricing depends on the solution you are interested in and the number of user licenses required. We create personalized pricing to ensure it works perfectly for your internal IT setup. Our standard contracts are 3 years with a 12-month invoicing period.  


Can I change my package at a later date?  

Yes, you will have a contact person who can handle solution-related adjustments. 


Can I purchase more than one package? 

Yes. Templafy’s packages are modular by design, meaning you can combine any number of packages to meet your organization’s evolving needs across departments. Many customers begin with one or two core solutions and expand from there.
