Templafy mentioned in the 2025 Gartner® Structure Content (Unstructured Data) for AI and Knowledge Management Initiatives Report

New York, 29 September 2025

Templafy, the AI-powered document generation platform, has been named in the 2025 Gartner Structure Content (Unstructured Data) for AI and Knowledge Management Initiatives report as a representative example.

The research states that “Scaling AI and KM initiatives to tap knowledge locked away in the content of unstructured data is stymied by the ways in which application data is managed. Enterprise applications leaders must ensure application data is available for discovery, retrieval and use beyond its primary application.” Templafy is mentioned as a representative example for content quality tool vendors, which focus on the content within files.

The report also highlights: “Unmanaged files incur risks and costs that are amplified by the number of files. The content of unstructured data may contain incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date facts and ideas, which diminishes the value of the sources AI and KM initiatives depend upon. This is not as much a case of hallucinations as of misinformation. Organizations that lack content quality controls will be unable to fully take advantage of their content.”

Templafy recently launched document agents, which bring conversational and agentic AI to document workflows, enabling organizations to create accurate, compliant, and on-brand business content at speed and scale. Providing a major enhancement to how documents are created, document agents not only give organizations the ability to accelerate first-draft creations but also undertake document orchestration to generate compliant and high-quality customer-ready outputs.

Christian Lund, Co-founder of Templafy comments:

“We believe Templafy’s mention in the Gartner report is a testament of our ongoing commitment to helping organizations gain value from their AI investments. Our document agents are reflective of this, enabling organizations to apply AI not just as a content engine, but also a control system. At the heart of this is ensuring templates, approved content and compliance rules are structured and accessible, ready to be activated by intelligent agents. In doing so, there is real opportunity to reduce admin, simplify workflows, massively improve employee productivity, and turn AI into a revenue engine.”
