List of Templafy Sub-Processors

Templafy, ApS. (“Templafy”) uses Sub-processors to support the provision of Templafy services ordered by a Customer under the Service Order (the “Services”). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Customer Terms of Service (or if applicable, the superseding written agreement between Customer and Templafy (the “Agreement”).
Below you will find an overview of the Sub-processors engaged by Templafy, categorized by their role. For additional details on the type of personal data processed, processing purposes, and related safeguards, please refer to our Sub-processor Whitepaper (PDF).
What is a Sub-processor?
A Sub-processor is any processor engaged by Templafy, including Templafy Affiliates, that processes certain Customer Data as necessary to support delivery of the Services. Templafy engages different types of Sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below.
Due Diligence
Templafy performs due diligence on the information security practices and data protection compliance of all third-party Sub-processors and requires each to commit to written obligations regarding their security controls and applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, including safeguards to govern international transfers of data.

Infrastructure Sub-Processors
Templafy may use the following Sub-processors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of the Services:

AI/LLM Sub-Processors
Templafy offers AI-based features powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). Depending on the specific configuration, Templafy may use the provider listed below to support such features. Alternatively, Customers may choose to connect their own LLM instance via integration where possible.
The sub-processor listed in this section is only involved if the AI features are activated and used by the Customer or its users.

Templafy affiliates
Depending on the geographic location of a Customer or their Authorized Users, and the nature of the Services provided, Templafy may also engage one or more of its Affiliates as Sub-processors to deliver some or all of the Services provided to a Customer.

Objecting to a Sub-Processor
Customers may object to a Sub-processor per the Data Processing Addendum (where applicable). To object to a Sub-processor, Client must submit its objection to privacy@templafy.com, along with their name, company name and name of the Templafy service, name of Sub-processor, and grounds for objection (see the Data Processing Agreement for further information).
Updates
As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-processors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of Customer’s account with notice of any new Sub-processors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here.
