List of Templafy Sub-Processors

Templafy, ApS. (“Templafy”) uses Sub-processors to support the provision of Templafy services ordered by a Customer under the Service Order (the “Services”). This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Customer Terms of Service (or if applicable, the superseding written agreement between Customer and Templafy (the "Agreement").

What is a Sub-processor?

A Sub-processor is any processor engaged by Templafy, including Templafy Affiliates, that processes certain Customer Data as necessary to support delivery of the Services. Templafy engages different types of Sub-processors to perform various functions as explained in the tables below. 

Due Diligence

Templafy performs due diligence on the information security practices and data protection compliance of all third-party Sub-processors and requires each to commit to written obligations regarding their security controls and applicable regulations for the protection of personal data, including safeguards to govern international transfers of data.

Infrastructure Sub-Processors

Templafy may use the following Sub-processors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of the Services:

Templafy affiliates

Objecting to a Sub-Processor

Customers may object to a Sub-processor per the Data Processing Addendum (where applicable). To object to a Sub-processor, Client must submit its objection to privacy@templafy.com, along with their name, company name and name of the Templafy service, name of Sub-processor, and grounds for objection (see the Data Processing Addendum for further information). 

Updates

As our business grows and evolves, the Sub-processors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of Customer’s account with notice of any new Sub-processors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here.
