Spaces is a suite of content library capabilities that increase security and minimize risk by providing tailored access to content administration. It does this by dividing the Templafy content library into sub-sections, which each have their own provisions for content administration, user management and folder structure

This means that Templafy Admins only have access to the content they need for their specific role – a must for companies operating in highly regulated or brand-conscious industries, where the need to silo specific information is crucial. 

Why use Spaces? 

From granular content permissions to simplified workflows, Spaces provides enterprises with a vital level of control while making the content distribution and management process more efficient and user-friendly.  

Minimize risk with better security 

Keep files safeguarded from accidental or deliberate tampering. Spaces removes the potential issues that can arise from universal access rights, providing more detailed permission settings that ensure Admins don’t see information intended for others. 

This is particularly relevant for the likes of legal, pharma and other such industries, where highly sensitive information and privileged documentation is in constant circulation. Spaces reduces organizational risk by making sure the right people have access to the right content, at the right time. 

Decentralize content management 

With increased autonomy, the owner of a Space (“Space Owner”) doesn’t need to wait for Admins to approve and upload the content they need, which helps to avoid potential bottlenecks found in traditional content management workflows. 

This is particularly useful for business units handling multiple types of content across several internal stakeholders. This separation provides a simpler workflow, where content managers can focus on the content that’s specific to them and decrease the time it takes to edit and publish new content. 

Test draft content 

Welcome to your playground for trialing new content. When building complex documents, often with dynamic elements, content managers can now test the final version and end-user experience before publishing, making tweaks where necessary. 

This feature removes the need to set up complex Library access filters, providing content managers with significant time savings and peace of mind that content and assets won’t go live on any company-wide Library until they’ve been tried and tested.
