We’re very happy to welcome Henrik Ken Nishida Jacobsen to Templafy!
Henrik joins us from Google and will be based in Templafy’s Copenhagen office, focusing on driving revenue growth and building a world-class sales team.

He has demonstrated he can effectively build and scale sales organizations, most recently at Google. He has experience working in large enterprise organizations, so he comes to Templafy understanding our customers’ needs. Henrik will surely contribute greatly to Templafy’s continued growth.”
We sat down with Henrik to hear more about his background and his ambitions in Templafy – particularly what he’s looking for in building a winning sales team. Here’s what Henrik had to say:
1) Tell us a little about your career journey so far and where you’re heading
Most recently, I spent almost four years with Google where I managed and scaled the outsourced sales organization for the Nordics. Prior to Google, I spent almost ten years in the telecommunications industry, mainly heading up third party sales channels and partnerships at TDC and Telia.
As Regional Sales Director at Templafy, I will contribute with sales leadership and strategy as well as drive the revenue growth. My number one priority right now is getting to get to know the team and ensuring that we always have a world-class sales organization in alignment with the market and our strong growth ambitions.

3) You’re looking to grow the sales team – what exactly are you looking for?
Templafy is a relatively young company but has already succeeded in winning high profile enterprise clients across a wide range of industries globally. Templafy is growing rapidly and has over the past year quadrupled new revenue, doubled the staff numbers and most recently added a location in Berlin after acquiring the company Veodin.
I’m looking for talented people with a desire and drive to work in an entrepreneurial environment at the Copenhagen office and who have an international mindset. We want people who understand the needs and processes of global enterprises, who are strong team players with excellent people skills and have the ability to effectively manage a broad set of stakeholders.
